The Old Catholic Apostolic Church offers an inclusive spirituality with valid Holy Orders from the churches of the east and west in apostolic succession.
My name is Bishop Paul Zimmerman and I am the second Presiding Bishop for the
Old Catholic Apostolic Church. We are a small, growing Church here in Australia.
Our First Archbishop was Bishop Ian Charles Adrian in November 2009. In 2011 we became an Ordinariate of the Liberal Catholic Apostolic Church, UK. OCAC are a diverse group of Bishops and Clergy with different backgrounds, but with the ultimate goal of spreading the Gospel. We represent a truly Catholic heritage and offer valid sacraments to all those who desire them. Worthy men and woman are freely ordained into the Old Catholic religious tradition. The Church in Australia has one religious Community, the Franciscan Missionaries of the Cross (FMC) a Franciscan Community, spreading around the world, open to both clergy and laity, married or single, age, sexuality or disability are not a barrier to becoming a Deacon, Priest or a fellow Brother or Sister in the FMC or the church. We are Sacramental as well as Evangelical. OCAC focus on those who feel abandoned and neglected by the mainline churches. The house bound, elderly, sick and under privileged in the community.
We are there to guide these people on their spiritual journey. To show them the love
of Christ in action.
